Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 4-6 business days after you receive an email Order Confirmation.  This does not include the selected time for package transit. Please note, we are not liable for incorrect shipping address provided with orders. 
Please note that your garments are custom made to order and decorated specifically for your order. 


You will receive an email with your tracking information, once your order ships-out. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, please email us at support@iheartfitxo.com, and we'll be more than happy to help.


  • Shipping within the USA is a flat cost of $4.99
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $45.00.
  • Standard shipping time is 5-9 business days.  
  • All orders are shipped out with UPS and USPS.


  • Canada: 5 to 15 business days, depending on location.
  • United Kingdom: 2 weeks.
  • Australia: 2 weeks.
  • We offer free shipping on $75 for Canada and $125 for international.
  • Please note that different countries charge taxes and duties, and we have no association with these charges. 



Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order's delivery date, no exchanges are accepted. 

  • Non-apparel items, such as jewellery cannot be returned.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition. 
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all items, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to i Heart Fitness Co.
  • Customer must include a note in the package stating the order number, their email address, and that they would like a refund.

If you were to receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 weeks of when you received the product to qualify for a return. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box, if possible, and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your Original Packing Slip and Return Authorization Form. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed upon receipt & inspection of the return. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Since nearly all our products are custom made and printed on demand, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after one-hour of placing your order.

Since nearly all our products are custom made and printed on demand, please notify us immediately if you need to change the size, color or style of your item. We are unable to guarantee changes to order if we are not contacted within one-hour of placing your order.
